I found the presentation interesting because it provides an explanation of the phenomena of how social media can be used in the health care industry. If hospitals are using social media (like Twitter), why not clinics, specialty practices, providers, and other health care providers to distinguish their services using social media tools for "competitive advantage." It's an interesting thought...
